Breast Augmentation Gallery Patient 405776

Lovely 40 year old patient with prior breast augmentation with significant capsular contracture, deformity, and asymmetry.  I removed her existing implants, performed a dual plane conversion breast augmentation with a 440cc implant on the right and a 400cc implant on the left with a periareolar mastopexy on the right for a lift effect and areola diameter reduction, with a circumvertical on the left to also reduce the boxy appearance of the breast.  Postoperatively, she couldn't be happier and now has a super natural aesthetically pleasing result.
